How to Read This Page
Every System Is Two Decisions
Access control always comes down to two questions. What holds the door, and what releases it. The holding side is door hardware: strikes, magnets and the exit devices that keep every controlled door safe to leave through. The releasing side is credentials: the keypad, reader or biometric unit deciding who gets in. Most systems pair one of each per door, which is why the free audit looks at both together rather than selling you half an answer.
The Holding Side
Door Hardware
Electric Strikes
The retrofit workhorse. Sits in the frame, keeps your existing lockset, and brings almost any conventional door under electronic control. Fail-safe or fail-secure, configured per door.
Magnetic Locks
Maximum holding force with no moving parts, and the answer for glass and frameless entrances where a strike has nowhere to live. Always specified together with the exit side.
Exit Devices
Push bars, exit paddles, request to exit sensors and exit buttons. The part of the system that must work every single time, tested on every door before we hand it back.
The Releasing Side
Credentials and Readers
Keypad Locks
Codes instead of keys. Standalone units with no software and no subscription, or keypads wired into a wider system, with individual codes deleted the day someone leaves.
Keyless Entry Readers
Cards, fobs and phone credentials, one per person, with a record of who passed which door and when. The step up for buildings that need accountability, not just locks.
Biometric Access Control
Fingerprint, facial and iris recognition for the specific doors where the credential must be the person. Specified sparingly, exactly where the certainty earns its cost.
Around the Hardware
Design, Repair and the Free Audit
Every engagement starts with a free security audit: we walk your property door by door and gate by gate, tell you what needs controlling and what honestly does not, and quote with clear pricing and no hidden fees. Repairs and takeovers are as much of our work as new installs, and we service systems regardless of who fitted them or what brand they are, with emergency response 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Where you are matters too, because a Del Valle warehouse and a South Congress boutique are different jobs. We work across Austin and Central Texas area by area, and we answer the cost, maintenance and upgrade questions that come before any quote.
